Here are a few simple ways to keep things easy the rest of the week:


  • 1) Keep chopped veggies in your fridge for quick salads and snacks.
  • 2) Try a one-bowl Mediterranean meal like lentils + veggies + olive oil.
  • 3) Walk for 20 minutes after dinner—it helps digestion and clears your mind.
  • 4) Keep filling out your accountability tracker sheet—even half-checked days build momentum.


This lifestyle works because you don’t need to reset every Monday.
