Happy Thursday!
I know it's almost the end of the month.
So here is some motivation ...
Just recently we saw one our members in the group Cynthia share her success.
Most of my life, I have believed I hav thought I could only lose weight on keto because I have lost weight in the past doing low carb, but it was not sustainable. After going through the recommendations in the featured tab from what to eat, do a challenge to take action and followed it. I lost 34 pounds so far and my cholesterol was 162 and now my triglycerides is 79. My BP is also 113/60! The Mediterranean way of eating works! To anyone who is new just stick with it. Healthy lifestyle changes one day at a time so here is a greek salad for lunch.
