Sundays have a way of making you think.
About the week that just passed…
And the one that’s about to start.
Maybe this weekend didn’t go how you wanted.
Maybe you told yourself you’d “be better”…
but things slipped.
It happens.
But this is the part that matters:
What you do next.
Because most people will carry that feeling into the week.
They’ll wait until Monday.
Then Tuesday.
Then “next week.”
Not because they don’t want change…
But because they don’t know where to start.
So they don’t.
