Happy Thursday!
It's almost the end of the week.
But saw David just posted his recent results recently...
I am down 28 lbs from last year. My blood pressure has always been good but has gone down in the last two years. 60 lbs down in the last two years. More energetic now than in my last twenty years. The Mediterranean diet has made a great difference in my overall health and energy levels.
All I got to say is Congrats David "I'm happy for you"! π
What I'm saying is β¦

benefits of losing weight. π
All David did is follow the basic principle of the diet.
Always a grain in his plate even if it's a piece of bread, & proteinβ¦
Eat lots of veggies & fruit.
And having portions and balance from all food groups.

Now he's feeling more energetic than he did in
