Happy Thursday!

I started around the beginning of July and I'm down 15 lbs. I don't count calories I just make healthier choices. This WOE has really helped me rework the way I think about food. -Ashley

What I'm trying to say is.


You don't need to be make eating healthy like a science experiment.


Just follow the basic principles of the diet.


You know like ...


-Eat lots of veggies & fruits


-Always a grain in your plate even if it's a piece of bread, & protein…


-And having portions and balance from all food groups.


And trusting the process.

It's all about staying consistent.
