Happy Tuesday!


Today is where most people fall off.


Not Monday —


That’s when the motivation’s fresh.


New week. New plan.


New “I’ll do it this time.”


But Tuesday?


That’s the test.


Because Tuesday brings life back.


Emails to answer. Kids to drop off.


Work stress, missed sleep, “I’ll just grab something quick.”


And that’s when your nervous system says:


“Just survive.”


But here’s the truth:


You weren’t meant to just survive.


You were meant to nourish.


And that’s why the Mediterranean diet works.


It doesn’t rely on hype.


Or meal-prep marathons.


Just… rhythm.


  • A handful of ingredients.
  • A few core meals.
  • And a sense of enough-ness.


If Monday was about resetting...


Tuesday is about repeating.


Not perfectly.


But consistently.


🍅 Simple lentil salad.

🥖 Whole grain toast + avocado + olive oil.

🥬 Chickpeas, greens, and lemon for dinner.


Real food. Real rhythm.


Because consistency doesn’t come from motivation.


It comes from knowing what to eat


Before your brain tries to negotiate.
