Here are some easy ways to keep it going this week:
✅ 1) Add more veggies to your meals.
Toss some greens or colorful veggies onto your plate—it’s an easy way to fill up on fiber and feel satisfied.
✅ 2) Use healthy fats to stay full.
A drizzle of olive oil or a sprinkle of nuts can make a simple meal feel so much more satisfying.
✅ 3) Don’t overthink it.
No fancy recipes needed. A bowl of lentil soup, a colorful salad, or some roasted veggies can be enough.
✅ 4) Move a little more.
A short walk, some stretching—whatever feels good to you.
Mediterranean living is about movement, not strict exercise.
You’ve already taken the first step by showing up.
