Happy Monday!
The most important meal of the week?
It’s not Sunday dinner.
It’s not Friday night takeout.

It’s Monday’s first meal.
Because that’s when your body quietly asks:
“How are we going to live this week?”
Fast… or slow?

Here’s mine:
🥣 Oats with olive oil + cinnamon
🥗 Lunch: chickpeas, lemon, and wild greens
🌿 Dinner: fish, sweet potatoes, olive tapenade
Simple. Satisfying. Grounded.
That’s the power of the Mediterranean diet.
It’s not a fad. It’s not a hack.
It’s a quiet way of saying to yourself,
"I deserve to feel good… and I don’t need to suffer for it."
Let this be the week you don’t fall off.
Because you never needed to climb back on.
Just follow the food.
It’ll bring you home.
