Mar 13, 2024 12:01 am

I got an interesting question from a member in the group.

Do we have to track of our daily calories? -Lilian

The answer is "No" ...

No tracking macros or calories here.

If you done Keto. (You know what I'm talking about lol ... )

The reason why is when we eat the Mediterranean diet.

It's about portion control 🍽️

The foods we eat is full of fiber.

From eating all the vegetables and fruits.

Which makes us feel full. 😊

Here are some other members giving their experience ...

Like Mye. She doesn't count calories, but follows the MD principles and lost weight.

Brenda she is down 24 lbs since February. Counting calories just adds stress and is a time drain for her.

So why am I telling you this?

It's because the beauty of eating the Mediterranean diet.

We never have to count calories again if following

the basic principles. 🤓

I remember when I was all about Macros, calories, or any other math/science experiment to getting healthy and losing weight.

I felt like I was doing math and science.

Which drained my mental energy.

But in the Mediterranean diet.

You can say "bye bye" to that 🖐️🖐️
