How's your weekend going?
As I'm here sipping on my black coffee.
Here is Diana posting her results
This morning when I weighed I had finally hit the 30 pound mark. Woohoo!
Now I go for 35. - Diana
All I got to say is "I'm happy for you"! 🎉
Here is how she did it.
She ate lots of chicken, fish, fruit, vegetables, water and RAO's pasta.
She check's ingredient labels.
Took note of the recipes posted in the FB group.
Like this morning for breakfast she had ground chicken, zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, pasta and a quick marinara sauce I found in the group.
The truth is …
It's all about staying consistent.
And you know what the best part is?
She doesn't track calories and isn't that hungry anymore.. 🤓
