We’re choosing consistency.
Want to feel good all weekend?
Start with these three simple things today:
🥗 Make your next meal colorful and filling.
Use the Mediterranean plate as your guide:
- Half your plate veggies
- A scoop of whole grains or beans
- A little protein
- Drizzle of olive oil or lemon
🚶♀️ Move your body—even just a little.
A 10–15 minute walk after lunch or dinner isn’t about burning calories.

💧 Drink more water than you think you need.
Staying hydrated keeps your energy steady and cravings low.
