[Success] "Weigh in this morning..."

It's a warm morning here just sipping on my black coffee.


Anyway, I just saw this post from Elizabeth ...

"First week done. Weigh it day this morning. Down 5.2 pounds. I haven't experimented with alot of mixed meals. Kept it clean. Next, week 2"



Congratulations Elizabeth for completing your week.


I know when we first got into the Mediterranean diet …


We always ask:


"Is this going to work for me?" 😕



Like anything in life, things take time.


Just because you don't see any RESULTS the first week …


You shouldn't give up.


Like Elizabeth she just did her first week …


... she lost 5.2 pounds.


All she did was follow the basic principle on the Mediterranean diet pyramid.


So if you haven't seen any results yet.



My advice is just to not give up and be CONSISTENT.



And your hard-work will pay off.
