Here are 3 simple things you can do today to feel better by dinner:
🥗 Build your next plate with 3 things in mind:
- Half veggies
- A portion of whole grains or legumes
- A little protein + healthy fat (like olive oil or avocado)
🍋 Drink water before your next snack.
Sometimes what feels like hunger is really just dehydration or low energy.
A glass of water first can work wonders.
🚶♀️ Take a 10-minute walk after lunch or dinner.
You don’t need to “work out.” Just move.
It helps digestion, clears your head, and boosts your mood.
Midweek is the best time to recommit—
Not because you messed up,
