Weekend success starts with what’s on your plate (4 steps)

Happy Saturday!

Weekends have a funny way of testing our habits.

It’s when the routine fades, the cravings creep in, and suddenly…

...chips and takeout feel way easier than that healthy meal you planned.

But here’s the good news:

You don’t have to be perfect this weekend,

just consistent enough.

What you eat on Saturday and Sunday matters more than you think.

Because feeling good today helps you show up better next week.

A few simple ways to stay on track without feeling restricted:

🥗 1)Prep a go-to meal or two.

Things like chickpea salad, lentil soup, or roasted veggies with olive oil are easy to batch and grab when you're hungry.

🍽️ 2)Make healthy food taste good.

Season generously, use fresh herbs, drizzle that olive oil. When your food satisfies you, you’re less likely to reach for the junk.

🧠 3)Don’t skip meals.

Waiting too long to eat sets you up for cravings later. Aim for balanced meals throughout the day—especially ones with fiber, healthy fats, and protein.

🚶‍♀️4)Move a little.

Take a short walk after meals, stretch, or do something that clears your head. Movement helps your body reset and reduces the urge to snack mindlessly.

You’ve worked hard all week.

So today, choose meals that make you feel grounded—not just full.

Your Monday self will thank you for it.

And trust me—one good choice today can change the way next week feels.

Alright.

You got this.
