Happy Thursday!

Just recently we saw one our members in the group Carrie share her success.

She shared her journey eating the Mediterranean diet that you would find valuable.

Feeling good heading into this new month.

Since May, I’ve lost 35 pounds by taking this way of eating (WOE) seriously.

It feels incredible to no longer crave sweets and junk carbs like I used to.

These small changes—like eating red meat only once a month and adding more veggies to my meals—have completely shifted my habits in a way that feels sustainable.

If you’re feeling stuck or like you’ve fallen off track, here’s the good news: it’s never too late to start.

Here’s how I’ve stayed consistent, and how you can too:

1. Start Small

This WOE isn’t about drastic overhauls. It’s about committing to small, achievable changes that build momentum over time.

  • Add one extra serving of veggies to your plate.
  • Replace one processed snack with fresh fruit.
  • Cook one Mediterranean-inspired meal each day.

It’s not about doing it all at once—it’s about doing something every day.

2. Use Tools That Keep You Accountable

This has been my biggest game-changer: filling out an accountability tracker sheet every single day.

Why? Because it keeps me focused on small, daily wins like:

  • Did I eat enough veggies today? ✔️
  • Did I drink enough water? ✔️
  • Did I stick to my meals? ✔️

The act of tracking my progress—even when it wasn’t perfect—helped me stay consistent.

Progress over perfection is what wins in the long run.

3. Try the 21-Day Challenge

If you’re overwhelmed or unsure how to get started, the 21-Day Challenge makes it so simple.

It gives you clear action steps to follow, so you don’t have to guess or plan.

Just follow the process, and by the end, you’ll be amazed at what’s possible.
