It’s the end of the first week of April—how are you feeling?


Whether you crushed it or had a few off days, you’re still here, and that matters more than perfection.


Now as the weekend rolls in, it’s easy to slide back into old habits. But this time?


Let’s do it differently.


Here’s how to stay Mediterranean-strong this weekend:
