You have to trust the process...

All I got to say is "I'm happy for you"! 🎉
What I'm saying is …
The Mediterranean diet shows the massive health
benefits of losing weight. 💚
All she did is follow the basic principle of the diet.
Lots of veggies & fruit. 🍎
Always a grain in her plate even if it's a piece of bread, & protein…
And having portions and balance from all food groups.
Trusting the process.
