Here’s how to make these last two days count:

  • Keep it simple with roasted veggies, grains, or a bright salad.


Move your body in a way you enjoy.

  • A short walk or a little stretching can do wonders.
  • No pressure—just get your body moving and your mind clear.


Let go of the “all-or-nothing” mindset.

  • One treat doesn’t undo everything.
  • One fresh meal resets your momentum.


You’ve come this far.
