BeaverGOLD: TikTok + Building Great Things

Apr 13, 2022 6:11 pm

Hello BeaverGOLD members!

Lately I have been hyper-focused on the weird "brainwashing and grooming movement" being violently forced upon on our kids and society.

Just look at what's happening on TikTok.

There is clearly something evil at play here, and I hope to leverage The Hungry Beaver is some way or another to spark real change for what's going on.

As you know -

The Daily Wire has been leading the charge in promoting alternatives.

So instead of complaining about all the problems plaguing America, they are offering NEW and ORIGINAL products, services, and media that will eventually be subjectively better than what the mainstream guys have to offer.

You NEED to notice the difference here...

Far too often alternative tech entrepreneurs think they deserve funding and donations for simply existing.

Believing, even if they don't fully realize it yet, that they deserve conservative money just because they are anti-woke.

No! We need to go further!

People like The Daily Wire argue that alternative companies must also be better than legacy institutions from a free market standpoint.

Meaning they have to get creative and work hard to build competitive companies that aren't just desired for going against mainstream narratives.

They have to be desired because the free market desires them.

Spot the difference?

From an entrepreneurial standpoint, I believe too many people give themselves false kudos for simply existing. That just shouldn't be enough.

Instead, founders ought to push to be the best they can be no matter what.

That's how you break glass ceilings.

That's how you build great things.

Over and over we see copy cat social media companies that really just feel like conservative Twitters - Gettr, Parlor, TRUTH social, etc.

In my opinion, those won't stand the test of time. They aren't new things, just new ways to tap into new markets (even though I'm happy they exist short term).

Put simply:

To build great things, one needs a desire to be the best. Period.

Let this be your motivation to travel the path untraveled to do something no one else has ever done before. That is how we win.

We make better stuff.

Stories like this should only encourage us to build great things.
