Ber na naman!
Bilis ng panahon talaga no?
What are you excited about the "ber" months?
Ako excited sa paparating na pasko.
Iba lang kasi talaga ang hatid ng season na to.
Somehow, it allows me to look back and take stock of everything that happened to me during the year.
Bilang isang ina, sigurado ako na punong-puno ang bawat araw mo at di mo na nga namamalayan na malapit ng matapos ang taon.
Di ba parang kaka celebrate lang natin ng new year?
At parang kahapon lang naman yung mother's day.
Ako kasi minsan feeling ko di ko na rin alam kung anong petsa o araw na sa bilis ng araw.
Kakasimula pa lang ng pasukan ng mga anak ko, pero feeling ko ilang buwan ng harrassed ang umaga ko. Haha!
Pero alam ko hindi naman tayo tumitigil eh.
Para sa mga anak natin.
Maagang babangon.
Maghahanda para sa eskwela.
Sa akin, anim silang ipaghahanda ko sa umaga.
Ligo, bihis, almusal, baon, hatid-sundo.
Repeat. Every (week) day.
Kaya kapag Biyernes na, medyo nakakahinga na ng maluwag.
Iniisip ko, sa buong mundo (o kahit sa Pilipinas man lang).
Ilang milyon ang nanay na gumagawa nito araw-araw?
Na walang sweldo.
Minsan wala pang "thank you".
Madalas naman may halik at yakap na natatanggap.
Pero tuloy pa rin tayo.
Hindi sumusuko di ba?
Nanay tayo eh.
Kaya naman I can't help but express my deep admiration and respect for a mother's love.
Ang pagmamahal at sakripisyo mong walang katulad.
In my daily care and love for my children, I have learned the true meaning of "nurturing" and "sacrifice."
A mother's love demonstrates the ability to give of herself for the well-being of her children.
It's a love that knows no equal.
September 8 is Mama Mary's birthday.
As a practicing catholic, naniniwala ako sa devotion to Jesus' mother.
Pero higit sa lahat, si Mama Mary kasi is the epitome of motherhood.
She gave her life, endured, and loved with all her heart without hesitation, to honor God and care for His Son, Jesus.
Like Mama Mary, you are also disciples of love and sacrifice.
You inspire your children every day with your care for them.
Your love provides light and guidance on their journey.
Your sacrifice shows the value of effort and love.
Kaya naman, as we celebrate Mama Mary's birthday...
May you always remember that your sacrifices have deep meaning and rewards.
When you are tired or worried, think of Mama Mary, who never gave up on her love for Jesus.
Your love is truly cherished.
But I also hope you feel the recognition and love from your children.
You are heroes of love, and you should be proud.
Maraming salamat sa iyong walang hanggang pagmamahal.
Tunay kang liwanag sa buhay ng iyong anak.
And the Lord God blesses all mothers in the world.
