Para maranasan mo ang natural childbirth, kailangan manatili kang healthy at low-risk during pregnancy.
Paano ba ang ginagawang paghahanda para maging low risk and healthy?
May limang aspeto ang kailangang pagtuunan ng pansin.
Nutrition.
Poor nutrition leads to pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery complications.
Kaya sobrang important to eat a well-balanced diet to stay healthy.
If pregnant, taking 80-100 grams of protein is a must. Proteins are building blocks in our body.

Exercise.
Move to the groove. Do regular exercise to increase stamina. When your body is strong, there is no mountain too high that you can’t conquer.
For birth preparations, there are pregnancy exercises you can follow.

Taking Responsibility.
You take responsibility for your own body and experiences by being informed. Kapag well-informed ka at naiintindihan mo ang lahat ng pwedeng mangyari sa pregnancy at panganganak mo, at kung paano ito makaka-apekto sa postpartum recovery at breastfeeding, mas madali sayo ang gumawa ng desisyon. Desisyon na makakapagbigay sa yo ng confidence na ang ang ginagawa mo ay para sa ikakabuti mo at ng iyong anak.
Hindi mo pwedeng iasa na lang sa doctor o sa ibang tao ang paggawa ng desisyon
na may malaking impact sa buhay mo. Tulad ng panganganak. Hindi ka basta-basta pumapayag na gawin ang isang bagay tulad ng medical procedures/interventions na hindi ipinapaliwanag ang pros and cons sayo. Kung may alam ka, mas matapang kang manindigan para sundin ang iyong karapatan.
Education.
Mag-aral ka para may alam ka sa mga bagay na dapat mong gawin. Read books. Talk to friends and family who know. Talk to your trusted healthcare provider. Attend classes, birth class/breastfeeding class. Join online communities. Learn! Dahil nanay ka, alam ko maparaan ka. Educate yourself para malaman mo ang mga best options na available sayo.

Relaxation.
Practice relaxation every day. Hindi lang ito magagamit in preparation for birth. Kundi mainam din na nagpapractice ka ng relaxation habang buntis para malayo ka sa stress.
Avoid the release of the stress hormone ‘Cortisol” during pregnancy, during and after birth. Encourage the release of the happy hormone “Oxytocin”. It is most beneficial for you and your baby.
Marami din relaxation techniques ang mapapanuod mo sa Youtube na pwedeng sundan.
Dami ko palang na take note. Haha!
Kung gusto mong malaman kung paano gawin ang birth plan, panuorin mo na lang ang replay ha.
Medyo mahaba na tong email ko kaya, hanggang dito na lang muna.
