So I feel disappointed, frustrated, and sad about my situation.

I eat first before I feed my children (except kung naka-intermittent fasting ako).

I take a nap or rest (stop moving) in the middle of the day.

I get a mani-pedi.

I get a massage.

I dress up and wear lipstick.

Any little things that I do to feel good about myself.

It works for me.

Kaya na-aattract ko din siguro ang magagandang pangyayari sa buhay ko.
