The Goldbackers,
Recently I met a human being in the wild who already knew about Goldbacks before I spoke of them! That has never happened to me before. Every person I have ever spoken with about Goldbacks, had never seen or heard of them before our encounter.
Now, I am sure some of you are thinking how silly this all sounds. You may have many people speaking of and using Goldbacks in your community. However, here in the most densely populated state of New Jersey, in four years of carrying Goldbacks with me daily, I never met person familiar with them.
The chance meeting was a great recharge for me as well! A strong rush of excitement came over me when my new friend said, "Oh the Goldback."
Lo and behold it turns out he had never seen an actual Goldback before!
Equally as thrilling, he owns a fully loaded and busy bike, hobby, & auto parts shop, that has been operating for several decades!

Next, over the weekend I was watching a KITCO video on YouTube featuring the Scottsdale Mint CEO. The topic of the video was the state of Texas is now offering their own Gold bullion for sale. Shockingly, about ten minutes into the video they mentioned Goldbacks! See video here.
