So our big news is that we've selected our winners for the 2025 Chapbook Competition! Congratulations to the winner, Jacob Griffin Hall, for CHIVO. He'll receive $1000 and publication in this year’s series alongside several of the other finalist manuscripts: Harrison Candelaria Fletcher's COMFORT OF STONE, Karla Myn Khine's QUASI-METALLOID. Josh Russell’s COMMONPLACES, and Rachael Wilson's THE KAREN HORNEY PROGRESSIONS.
Full details can be found on the contest info page. And with that we have also opened up the 2026 contest, the deadline for which is back at our traditional end of April. Details here! We're working on design and layout for these chapbooks to get them ready for publication in March and April 2026. That's not far off, so we are ON IT.

Thanks for keeping on reading DIAGRAM. If you want to support the magazine and what we do, which you should, best option is to buy merch, all of which you can find over at the merch store, or enter the chapbook contest. And of course send us new work! We're always reading (though not always as quickly as we'd like).
