Imposter syndrome is a phenomenon that affects many high-achieving individuals like you and me, and it is characterized by feelings of self-doubt, inadequacy, and fear of being discovered as a fraud.
It usually causes people like us to discount our abilities, downplay our accomplishments, and feel like we are constantly struggling to keep up.

, what if I told you that famous and successful people like Maya Angelou, Emma Watson, and Tom Hanks have openly confirmed their struggle with imposter syndrome?
Yes, they have.
This is why it is good news that imposter syndrome is not a permanent condition, and there are ways to overcome it.
