Stop doing this to yourself {{contact.first_name}}, success is not what you think...

This might just save you..

How is it going ,

I hope this email finds you well and thriving in both your personal and professional endeavors.

Today, I wanted to share a little tip that has made a world of difference in my own journey, and it might just save your life and your peace.

You see, for the longest time, I bought into the notion that success in my career meant sacrificing my peace of mind.

The hustle culture had me convinced that burnout was just an inevitable part of the journey.

But here's the thing I've come to realize: it doesn't have to be that way. You can absolutely thrive in your career while still maintaining a sense of calm and balance in your life.

So, what's the secret? It's all about boundaries—setting clear boundaries between work and personal life, and honoring them religiously.

For me, that means carving out dedicated time for self-care and relaxation, whether it's taking a walk in nature, indulging in a good book, or simply spending quality time with loved ones.

It also means learning to say no when my plate is already full, and not feeling guilty about it.

But perhaps most importantly, it's about shifting my mindset. Instead of viewing success as a never-ending race to the top, I've learned to define it on my own terms—based on fulfillment, purpose, and overall well-being.

So, as you navigate your own career journey, remember this: success isn't about how many hours you clock or how many accolades you accumulate.

It's about finding that sweet spot where your professional aspirations align harmoniously with your personal values and happiness.

I hope this little nugget of wisdom serves you well on your path to success and fulfillment.

Remember, you've got this!

Wishing you a day filled with peace, purpose, and plenty of wins,

Coach BSO
