After returning from vacation, I received word from our main manufacturer, American Steel Carports, that a major price hike will be going into effect on October 1st.
Because over 95% of our structures come through them, this change impacts almost everything we offer. I wanted to give a heads-up to everyone still shopping so you can avoid the higher costs if you've been thinking of getting a build started soon.
Here is an outline of what this means:
Current pricing is good-to-go until September 30th: anything ordered after September 30th must follow the new pricing.
1-year price guarantee: Once you sign an order form and pay your deposit, your price is guaranteed for 12 months from the date on your order form. Even if you aren't ready for installation right now, or need time for site prep, we will be able to hold the order until a better time.
Current discounts are still available with the lower pricing: If your quote has a "discount" or "sale" price on it, it will still be usable with the lower base prices until September 30th.
If you've been planning to get something ordered, now is the time to lock it in before the rates jump up.
