Upon reading the new legislation* regarding the restriction on bailiffs and eviction notices, we contacted Landlord Advice UK for their opinion regarding this matter.
Landlord Advice UK as many members know, is one of the leading tenant eviction lawyers in the UK.
They were already investigating this matter, and it would seem the restriction on eviction notices may only apply to bailiff eviction notices and not section 8 & 21.
