The Ministry of Justice has introduced a new section 8 notice and section 13 Notice from the 5th of May 2021.
You can download these documents for free from our website on the "Services" page under the section which reads "Eviction Notices & Template Letters (Residential)".
Using an older version of the section 8 Notice after the 5th of May 2021 may cause a problem for any possession claim under the section 8 route.
