As you may be aware, since March 2020, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, our legal team have been providing support 7 days a week.
From the 30th of July, the member's legal helpline will run Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
From the 30th of July 2021 to the 8th of August, the legal helpline will be available by email only. This is due to staff holidays and illness. From the 9th of August, telephone and email service will resume.
