We have had plenty of unwelcome news in the past few months; however, this email may perk you up!
The Government "Green Homes Grant scheme", which is available to landlords, tenants & homeowners is now accessible from tomorrow 30/09/2020.
The grant is between £5,000 to £10,000, of which 75% (our understanding) does not need to be paid back.
Landlords should consider tapping into this grant to improve their portfolio well as their own home.
