Side Note:

Some landlords are uncertain if they can still use the Section 21 Notice (Form 6A). The last government gave up on the idea of the Renters Reform Bill it did not make it into law.

For England, Section 21 Notice can still be used. If the current government plans to introduce any legislation that impacts landlords, we will let all members and subscribers know.
