Happy Veterans Day week for our USA subscribers and Happy Wednesday all around!

Last week I told you there was a chance that we'd be in 20+ schools this school year and late last week it all came to fruition. We'll be in 20 schools starting January. Early this year we set the goal to be in 3-5 schools by the end of the year. And then midway through the year, we learned of a chance for us to greatly surpass that number.

At first, there was definitely a feeling of anxiousness, but we figured out a plan to increase our capacity while still maintaining our need for effectiveness and integrity with the process. A little mixture of obstacles and constraints creates creative solutions. And voila! We reset our sights on two big school district contracts and changed the goal for us to win at least one of the two.

Long story short, we have now ended up winning both contracts and are very excited to deliver our training to 20+ schools this school year! This has been 20+ years in the making for Cindy. Persistence is key :) And a BIG time to celebrate!
