Hails, Tenebrous Cult! We're entering the winter doldrums 'round these parts, but that seems a perfect time to share our first title of 2026 with you!

KAYAK by Kristal Stittle is all rollicking creature-feature action, suspenseful cliffhangers and epic sci-fi horror; it's widescreen cinematic but still has Tenebrous Weird Lit vibes in its bones. It's rather a beast of a volume by our standards, too, but the pages rip past quickly.

About KAYAK:

For eighteen-year-old Keith—floating alone on a series of lakes and rivers, lost and without supplies—his kayak is his means of survival. Solid ground means certain death at the scissor-claws of vicious invading creatures.
