About Dr. Crystal Nwannunu

Dr. Crystal Nwannunu is a board-certified dermatologist committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered, and comprehensive dermatologic care. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and obtained her medical degree from McGovern Medical School. She completed her dermatology residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC, where she was selected to serve as Chief Resident.

Dr. Nwannunu’s clinical interests include, but are not limited to, acne, psoriasis, hair loss, and rosacea, as well as skin cancer screening.

She places a strong emphasis on the patient–physician relationship and is dedicated to evidence-based care to support optimal skin health and patient outcomes.
