When to sort VPNs

One question I recently got asked on the UAE Teachers Summer 2023 group that has been created for teachers coming to the UAE this year was 'When should I sort my VPNs out?'
One group member commented that some websites like VPNs can be blocked in the UAE, so it is better to sort it and get it onto devices sooner so that you have less to worry about.

VPNs are legal in the UAE only if you're not accessing illegal content within the UAE.
