Hey ,
I know you've been following my thoughts as you navigate the markets and I wanted to apologize for my lack of emails over the recent months.
I've spent this time focusing on increasing returns for the private capital I manage and making those returns available to all those who know me.
I am excited to announce that Orndorff Capital is live with its first fund. It's called Options Fund I. (I know, super original.)
Our portfolio and strategy have paid out investors an average cash payout of 3.9% each month since last June. That is 46.8% paid out over the course of a year.
There are some downsides to stock market investments. The major downside is unlike real estate, you have to pay income tax on all your earnings. On the upside, some major cash flow is available.
Let's look at a scenario and pretend we perform half as well as we have been. (1.9% monthly.) Because our first fund has a 3-year duration, a *$50,000 investment would pay out $950 each month for the next three years. After the $34,200 total is paid out at the end of the 3 years, the principal amount of $50,000 would then be returned.
How much would you need to invest to cover your monthly expenses? (Divide your monthly expenses by .039) Theoretically, you could "retire" by investing this amount.
We can't broadcast this opportunity to the public. These are returns usually reserved for those worth 10 million-plus. Luckily, because you know me you can participate if you choose.
Text me at 5096555446 or dm on Twitter if you want to sit down and talk about our strategy and what Orndorff Capital might look like in your portfolio.
As always, stay connected and keep texting me, tweeting at me, and emailing me about what's going on in the world.
Happy Investing,
Tanner
p.s. OC's site is up, https://orndorffcapital.com/insights, Where we are posting Insights and Education from around the globe for free which I will refer to in future emails.
p.s.s Gold is a buy right now. It's the only "buy buy buy" asset that has been chopping sideways recently. Buy up to $2200 IMO.
