Let the Tournaments Begin
The idea to write a book set in the Outlands has been brewing for a while now. There was a harshness about the ashen world over the rust-colored ocean that drew us...The concept of another set of tests to find the leader they need was intriguing...
And then four new fascinating characters came along and we decided to stop fighting the inevitable 😆
So, it is with much excitement, that we're announcing a unique spin-off in the The Thaw Chronicles - TOURNAMENTS OF THAW.
As it turns out, there's a whole new story beyond the Askalaverse, and it's gripping! TOURNAMENTS (as we now fondly call it) is going to be full of excitement, resilience, and ultimately, the challenge of having to decide what matters most. And the bonus is, it's available on all the major ebook platforms!
Released late next year, TOURNAMENTS OF THAW is available for pre-order now at the special price of 99c. Be sure to lock in your pre-order as this price will go up after release week!
Four teens. Seven tournaments.
One survivor.
The Outlands are a deadly place to grow up. In a world devastated by global warming, resources are scarce. Humanity and kindness are even scarcer. The struggle to survive is a deadly war. And a bitter one.
Because great riches lie just over the waters. There’s one place that has everything the Outlanders could ever want.
Askala.
But to seize power, they’ll need to unite the factions. And choose a leader. Only the strongest will succeed. The one person who can do what needs to be done—attack Askala and share in their riches.
The Tournaments are announced. Deadly games where there can be only one winner.
No one expects siblings to enter…let alone two sets of twins.
Lexis and Raze. Born to rule, trained to win.
Winter and Gray. Born to poverty, expected to lose.
In a world where survival comes first, there’s no room for mercy. Loyalty. Or love. And yet four teens are going to have to choose what matters most.
Let the Tournaments of Thaw begin.
