Personal Insights

When I first started scaling my services, I thought I had to be everywhere, do everything, and personally manage every detail. That nearly burned me out.

It wasn’t until I developed a client management system using Notion and automated many of the things I used to do (while I was learning the fine art of delegation and outsourcing) that I finally saw sustainable growth.

Things to Consider

• Systems are reusable assets, not time sinks.
• Thoroughly record your frequently executed processes.
• Use templates to reduce startup time for new tasks.
• Create SOPs to onboard new team members or VAs.
• Systems give you space to work on the business, not just in it.
