Staying motivated in your music career is HARD.
In my experience the 2 things that have kept me the most motivated are:
- Help from music mentors
- Support from musical friends
***If you struggle with motivation and want to take your music career more seriously, this story is for you:
Before I made my vocal production course, Superior Vocals, I ran a studio in Chicago and worked for dozens of bands and artists as a producer and engineer.
I watched and listened to their needs and noticed what they struggled with and what they valued most from my help:
vocal production.
But since I made Superior Vocals, I’ve started hearing from more artists and it’s become clear there’s a bigger issue:
Strategy.
By strategy, I mean a combination of:
-organization
-motivation
-having a plan
-sticking to a plan
-pushing past roadblocks
So now work for a handful of artists as a “musical assistant”
The artists are in control, but I help them strategize, get past their roadblocks, and essentially release more high-quality music.
It involves help with:
-staying accountable
-scheduling releases
-producing tracks
-mixing & mastering
-marketing
-encouragement
We come up with a plan together and identify weak points so I can fill in to push their music careers forward.

I have 4 open slots.
If we’re a good fit, I’d love to work with you.
