Greetings Everyone,
Due to summer vacations and busy schedules, some of have asked for an extension of early bird discount, we are happy to share that the early bird discount has been extended till Aug 20th. If you are planning to attend Sun-Net's User Group Conference in downtown Denver this year, take advantage of the extended discount before it expires.
As a reminder, previously we recommended that everyone interested in attending the conference book their rooms and travel early, in part to take advantage of the discounted hotel rates.
While the hotel is hosting another pre-scheduled conference, there are no more discounted rooms available for the night of September 25th - neither with the Sun-Net discounted rate, nor with the discounted government rate.
We still have inventory for rooms available for the nights of Monday, September 23rd and Tuesday, September 24th, so this will only impact those who wish to stay an extra day after the conference at Embassy Suites. If you're interested in attending and have not reserved your accommodations, don't delay!
Hotel Reservations: Embassy Suites Denver Downtown - Sun-Net Meeting booking site
Reservations Department: 1-800-HILTONS (445-8667)
If you are calling to make a reservation for the 23rd or 24th, remember to identify yourself as part of the “Sun-Net Meeting” to take advantage of the discounted group rate.
Finally, we also have some folks asking for the conference agenda that they can use to justify traveling or just a sneak peek.
We hope to see you there!
Signed,
Sun-Net and the User Group Committee
