Hi ,
Have you ever caught yourself repeating something you already knew would not help—and then wondered, Why did I do that again?
It can be discouraging.
We may assume that knowing better should automatically mean doing better.
But knowing the right direction and taking it are not always the same thing.
When we are tired, stressed, lonely, frustrated, or overwhelmed, the familiar path can exert a surprisingly strong pull.
We may respond with angry words, reach for quick comfort, say yes when something inside us is quietly saying no, or return to an old habit we genuinely meant to change.
