,
If you wonder why I am sending a different kind of email - on Sundays - let me tell you why...
Most of us already have enough information coming at us.
More things to do.
More things to worry about.
More advice about how to be healthier, calmer, more productive, happier, and somehow still keep up with life.
These "Sunday Sparkle" emails are not meant to become one more thing on that list.
Let them be a small pause...
A place to breathe for a moment...
A place to think about what is really happening in your life - whether you are trying to get your health or energy back on track, carrying something difficult, or wondering what this next chapter of life is asking of you.
A little ✨ "sparkle" 💖 in your Sunday...
Because sometimes, we need a little hope, a little tip, a small spark to remind us of something important... or simply a way to relax into a story about the work of being human...
And because sometimes, survival quietly replaces living...
We keep going.
We work.
We care for people.
We solve the next problem.
We do what has to be done.
And then, one day, we may notice that we do not quite feel like ourselves anymore.
That does not mean we are weak or broken.
It may simply mean that life has asked a lot of you.
"Recover Your Sparkle✨" is the name I use for finding your way back to yourself - slowly, honestly, and one step at a time...
Not by pretending hard things did not happen.
Not by forcing yourself to be positive.
But by understanding yourself a little better, caring for the foundations that hold you up, and asking what matters now.
Some Sundays, I will share a story...
Sometimes it will be a practical idea for your brain, body, stress, or energy.
Sometimes it may be a question about meaning, hope, relationships, or the work of being human.
And sometimes it may simply be a reminder that you are not alone on this mountain.
You do not have to see the whole path today.
You only need enough light for the next step.
And if you would like to, you can learn more about the Sparkle path here:
It is for those times when life feels steep, foggy, or uncertain - and you would like a little help finding your footing again.
I am very glad you are here.
With love and light,
Dr. Christine Sauer
P.S. Your sparkle may feel buried, tired, or dimmed right now. But it is not gone.
