Feeling Overwhelmed? 3 Questions to Find Your Next True Step
Before pushing yourself harder, pause and ask:
What is actually here right now?
What is truly mine to carry today?
What is my next true step?
That step does not need to solve the entire journey.
It may be one small action.
A question written down.
A request for help.
Or permission to rest before you continue.
Your Sunday question is:
What could you set down today-and what is the one step that is truly yours to take?
One thing at a time.
The mountain is not going anywhere.
