Whether it is a new business idea, a new product, or a strategy, ask three things!
1. Is it VIABLE🔔, should we actually be doing this!.. Does it align with our values, our customer, our long-term plans?
2. Is it FEASIBLE 💲, do we have the resources? Can we deliver?
3. Is it DESIRABLE🎯, does our customer need this? Have we checked our facts on this? And are we willing to waste time and money if we are wrong?
