What if less really is more in your workflows?

Hey ,
“Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.”
— Leonardo da Vinci
Over time, the systems you rely on to get work done can become cluttered—full of extra steps, outdated checks, and processes that once made sense but no longer serve you. When that happens, productivity doesn’t improve; it stalls. Real momentum comes not from adding more steps, but from subtracting the unnecessary so what remains is clear, simple, and repeatable.
Start by evaluating each workflow with intention: what’s the purpose, who must execute it, and why does it exist? Next, strip away unneeded tasks—even if they once seemed essential. Where possible, simplify tasks so they take less time and require less coordination between people. Clean workflows reduce friction, and less friction means you can focus real energy on the work that moves you forward
