So instead of buying a cake. I decided to make a cake for the 2-year-old's birthday. It went from concept to being in the kitchen all day long to come out with the tallest rainbow cake with an ocean theme. This cake is six 9-in cake pans stacked on top of each other all in the colors of the rainbow. I hope everyone's hungry for cake
