Happy Monday! Here's the latest edition of SYAO Creativity. Let's see what's going on in our creative world this week!

STITCH (What I've been working on)

I'm making great progress on the block of the month.

Because of a few design changes I made as I went, this quilt ended up moving along more quickly than originally planned. In fact, the August pickup will be the final set of blocks! That gives me a few months to think about next year's quilt. I'm excited about the idea of starting something new--that's always such a fun part of the creative process.

This is what I have at the moment for this year, not yet sewn together. I'm pleased with the surprising drama of this quilt. You can have all the plans in the world, but until you see the quilt itself, in real fabrics, you can't quite tell what it'll look like. I'm super excited to keep going!

YOUR (What you've been working on)

Debbie's runner reminds us that fall is coming!

Sunflowers also beckon us toward fall.

OUT (What's out on the shelves in the shop)

Squeeeee! Bunnies!! I have no memory of ordering this fabric 6 months ago, but I'm glad I did! It's so cute. It would make the perfect background for any bunny lover.
