Happy Monday! Here's the latest edition of SYAO Creativity. Let's see what's going on in our creative world this week!

STITCH (What I've been working on)

I just got back from helping my friend Misty at the wholesale Cross Stitch Market in Nashville, and in the meantime, I've been getting patterns and other stuff ready for the Jane Austen Tea (sold out!) AND the Love of Fiber this coming Saturday at the Ramada Inn, AND the April retreat at Lake Raystown!

I'm so excited about everything that's happening!

Here's a bag I'm in the middle of designing as well. It was good for car knitting on the way down and back from Nashville. It's made out of Noro Ito and Noro Malvinas--and it's looking good so far! (I have no idea when I'll be releasing the pattern. I have a long list of patterns for release. But if you want to buy some Ito and Malvinas, and take the chance that the whole pattern works, I'll be happy to give it to you.)

Chris made this version of my pattern Joyfully. Rios in the color Whales Road is always a winner!

ART (Inspired by art or nature)

On the way to Nashville, Misty and I stopped at the Bear's Den restaurant and saw this. I do love a good log carving!

OUT (What's out on the shelves in the shop)

From the Nashville Cross-Stitch market, I brought back lots and lots and lots of Weeks Dyeworks floss to fill in colors. I have literally hundreds of their beautiful colors! I might be missing one or two, but honestly, I have just about all of them! If I had a big shop, there would be a large wall of floss. But I'm space-efficient and have them in overflowing drawers!
