Here's the latest edition of SYAO Creativity. Let's see what's going on in our creative world this week!

STITCH (What I've been working on)

I've started a mystery cowl for the Raystown retreat. The cowl is going to be made in lots of colors, but I'm starting with this green. It reminded me of a warmer spring that's coming--and it works with my autumn coloring. Of course you can always use colors that work for you! I love helping with that.

Since it's a mystery, I'm not really showing you anything of the stitch pattern or what's going to happen next, I admit. If you're interested in the retreat, contact me this week. It's the last week to sign up!

YOUR (What you've been working on)

Natalie made her first sweater, the classic Baby Surprise Jacket. It's super cute! She used Simplicity yarn, which does the stripes for you. And her choice of buttons was perfect. We have the pattern, plus lots of colors of the yarn! Come in and let us get you fixed up!

ART (Inspired by art or nature)

Nothing as pretty as a spoonbill against the sky.

OUT (What's out on the shelves in the shop)
